Before January flys by, we will take a breath. Pause. And consider a simple yet powerful theme: Pray First.


Before we plan, before we worry, before we act, we’re invited to pray. James, the half brother of Jesus said, “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16). Beginning our year rooted in prayer will be formational.


Let’s begin 2026 together by praying first.
