The Ten Words

Current Sermon Series

“And God spoke…”

The Creator of all things began a conversation with the created in the middle of the desert.

Through water and wilderness, the “I AM” rescued this people from slavery. An act of grace without merit. And then God speaks to this nomadic people making himself known and inviting them into a flourishing way of life with God.

What did God speak? How did the people respond? Do those words matter in today’s world? Do they matter to the Church?

This fall we meditate on these words known to many as the “10 Commandments.”
